"A Gibson 335 without the gloss and pickup covers for $1000 less. I personally prefer the faded series to the gloss. More elemental. More visceral. It feels like wood. The Beatles removed the finish on a few of their guitars. They said it let the sound out. I wouldn't argue. They've stopped making these in left or right back in 2004. They won't make 333's again. This is only the second Faded Cherry I've seen in lefty." — Jerry Welch |
