"It's been a decade since I've played a Martin D series guitar. And never one that looked this good! This is also without question the best action on any acoustic I've ever played. All the manufacturers set their action to a medium height in case the guitar is going to a flatpicker or a strummer who likes to dig in. This guitar has been set up very low by a good luthier. Simply wonderful. And that unmistakable Martin sound. I had forgotten what that even was until one strum brought it all back to me. More songs have probably been recorded on a Martin D series than any other acoustic. You play this guitar, you can hear them all. Very, very good guitar. Nearly immaculate condition. Small, very faint scuffing on the back. Easily buffed out if so desired." -- Jerry Welch | |||||
