"This is similar to the Larrivee 03 series guitars. All solid wood, simple appointments, and great tone (and this one is loud! also). Fender bought Tacoma about 2005 (I think) and pretty much stopped building 95% of the Tacoma line. Too bad for us. They built USA made guitars at a price no one else has been able to do.
